IPGA Professional Pet Groomer Certification
Occupational Class C (International Professional Pet Grooming Academy- Students)
Candidates who complete the following three items of examination and pass can be awarded a certificate
Shower procedure (real dog test)
Time limit 60 minutes, including ear care, basic shave, nail care, rinse and brushing and blow drying
Trimming and styling 1 - Poodle professional teddy bear styling (real dog exam)
Time limit is 120 minutes, including body shaving with electric scissors, hands, feet, head and tail need to be trimmed with scissors
After the test dog is completed, it must be able to meet the general market charges (about HKD500)
Trimming Style 2 - Poodle International Standard Sheep Style (Coat Dog Examination)
The time limit is 120 minutes, including electric scissors to shave the lady's face, and other parts need to be cut by hand with scissors
Disqualification:
Exam dog injured, dog fell off table, less than passing score, overtime incomplete
IPGA Professional Pet Groomer Certification
Occupational Class C (International Professional Pet Grooming Academy - non-academic students)
Candidates who complete the following two examination contents and pass can be awarded a certificate
Qualifications:

Serving pet groomers who wish to obtain professional certification in the pet industry
** One year working experience required -
Those who have completed relevant pet grooming courses and wish to obtain professional certification in the pet industry
** Relevant certificates are required

Trim shape 2 - The basic procedure of squirrel dogs before bathing and pet trimming with full hand shears(Real Dog Exam)
The time limit is 90 minutes. The basic procedures before showering include plucking ear hair, washing ears, shaving sole hair, shaving belly hair, shaving anal hair, nail clipping and nail grinding, showering, blow drying and hair pulling. Trim according to the dog owner's request
IPGA Professional Pet Groomer Certification
Occupational Class A
Candidates who complete the following two examination contents and pass can be awarded a certificate
Qualifications:

Serving pet groomers who wish to obtain professional certification in the pet industry
**Ten years of work experience is required -
Qualified Dog Show Handler

Proof must be submitted to demonstrate the ability to trim one of the following poodle competition styles
Poodle Continental Clip
Poodle English Saddle Clip

Time limit 60 minutes, including ear care, basic shave, nail care, rinse and brushing and blow drying
Trimming and styling 1 - Poodle professional teddy bear styling (real dog exam)
needs to personally receive the dog owner and trim it according to the dog owner's requirements
Time limit 60 minutes, full trim
After the test dog is completed, it must be able to meet the general market fee (about HKD750)
Trimming 2 - International Standard Sheep Poodle (Real Dog Examination)
60 minutes, please bring your own dog
Including electric scissors to shave the lady's face, lady's feet and tail root, other parts need to be cut by hand with scissors
