In order to achieve this goal, we established the predecessor body of the International Pet Grooming Association (PSIA) in 2012 (Heisei 24) to disseminate and educate American Quick Trim Techniques (time-saving techniques using Comb Attachment). However, the number of beauticians who recognize the quick cut method in Japan and the number of beauticians with related skills overseas has increased, so we decided to start a new system and system.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to make constructive suggestions not only for improving technology, but also for pet-related educational institutions and the pet industry.

Pet grooming is limited to 90 minutes (including shaving the soles of the feet, shaving the bottom of the belly, shaving the anus, and shaving the body. Hands, feet, head and tail must be trimmed with scissors)
